WordPress Hack creates thousands of invisible posts

So this just happened to me, on the day my company started a fair I got a: “your site might have been hacked” notification from Google. It seemed to me that in our shared hosting some malicious file was uploaded, that immediately infected three of our websites on this provider.

The code adds several new administrators and than posts thousands of unwanted posts, like the one below:

Now that I have cleaned all the malicious code, deleted users and followed most of the what to do in case of a hack guide I still have one remaining issue problem.

The posts are still there, yet I cannot see them, once I login the post returns a 404. Also in my dashboard I can see that there is 29000+ posts, these are however, not displayed and can therefore not be deleted. I have google for hours but cannot find anyone with the same problem, any suggestions?
