Facebook Like for post

Can I have vistors to like my post on wordpress and the like to count on my facebook page? Meaning instead of going back to facebook to like my post, that they Like it on wordpress and the like counts on facebook too. Also that under my post, people can see how many likes I got already on facebook. This is for the post specifically and not for the entire facebbok page. So I want the Likes between wordpress and facebook to be visible and accurate on both. Thank you.
