Hi mtporter,
Sorry you ran into issues here.
OK, I’ll need you to walk me through a few things:
1) How did you check to see if they’re expired? Can you show me a screenshot?
2) Are you using any kind of caching on your site? If so, once a listing expires, it must also exit the cache as well to be “hidden”
3) What user are you using to verify this? Admins can see things that other users can’t, so you may be seeing something that other users aren’t able to because you’re in as the admin. Is that true here?
4) As for the renewal aspect, that could be an email issue. You should install an email tracking plugin to see if the emails are going out, but not being received, which implies other issues: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/problems-with-email-and-awpcp/ (this is from our sister plugin, but the principles are the same)
Try those and report back here.

I’ve called up the directory in Mozilla Firefox with cache removed, same thing, a expired listing still shows.
Hi mtporter,
That screenshot shows the admin-side view of a listing. That SHOULD be showing, otherwise you’d never be able to access it again.
The front end is where the listing should no longer be visible.
However, if I’m misunderstanding you here, I’ll need more info.
What version of BD is this with?
And I’ll need an answer about the email verification and user questions above.
Version 3.5.7
Selecting ‘Send renewal e-mail to user’ works…
I’ve made my listing to expire on the 20th a few days ago. For ‘Configure how many days before listing expiration is the renewal e-mail sent.’ I have 4 for threshold. So far no email
If I make my listing expired, it still shows.
Just installed ‘Email Logs’… the first one I saw that was ‘Compatible with your version of WordPress’
Hi mtporter,
