Problem with Jigoshop Add Flat Rate plugin

I’m moving server and I’m getting the following error on my site:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error
Warning: require_once(/home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-add-flat-rate/rates/international.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/e/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-add-flat-rate/listofreqd.php on line 4

I’ve tried to re-download the plugin but the website no longer exists!

Any ideas?
