    I had the same issue, verify in “twitter auto publish -> settings -> Basic Settings”, make sure that “Publish wordpress posts (or page) to twitter ” is enabled

    had the same issue. In our case, our facebook site name changed from toshima to toshima.de After changing that setting, it’s working again… Took me several hours to find out 🙁

    please check with latest version of plugin
    do not forget to reauthorize your app after updating the plugin
