Frontier Theme Width

I was just wondering if anybody knew how to increase the width for blogs and the sidebars to go into for the ‘Frontier’ theme (https://wordpress.org/themes/frontier/)
I have been playing around with various width codes but couldn’t identify the main way to increase this width (I’m not the best at coding)
