Comment Template and Form

    Hello,
    I was wondering how to customize the comments and the comment form?

    I posted a comment and I would like to change the part where it says “Kimberly Says…Testing comment =)” and the comment form to match the other parts of my site.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I attempted to edit some parts of it but still can’t get it to look the way I want it to…

    Anybody able to help?
