Nevermind, I didnt look hard enough, I found what I needed…sorry!
I installed this plugin and it blacklisted we as the admin – Can not access the wp-admin keep getting this error message : Your IP address, or Country, or Browser trapped into blacklist of this site. If this is error – contact site admin to resolve this issue.
I had someone login from a different computer – they were able to login and disable the plugin and it still did not work.
He re-installed the plug-in than removed my IP address from the black listed section. It still is not working.

I had the same issue, what you need to do is go into your Database for your website (if you can’t contact your administrator for the site) and find the table wp_XXX_swr-blacklist and delete your IP address from that table. Hope this helps! Good luck.

oh, and just a suggestion….I would turn off that feature as you are working on the site and turn it back on when you leave the admin area…
