@amodt – You appear to be using the “Use Imagebrowser display” option for your gallery and it appears to be working correctly including displaying the image in a Lightbox.
I would recommend you also set Ajax Pagination on under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic ImageBrowser to the pagination works a bit better with the large featured image on the page.

@cais – Thank you for your replay. I have already set up Ajax Pagination and this stopped work after update.
@amodt – Are you saying using “Ajax Pagination” is causing this issue?

@cais – Yes, I have set up Ajax Pagination all time.
@amodt – … meaning if Ajax Pagination is not used then you do not see any issues with the Lightbox?!
