Changed WordPress URL, Site is now Broken

    I was helping a friend of mine with his wordpress, he told me he changed his domain from http://firstchoiceaccidentcare.com/ to http://firstchoiceinjurycare.com/.

    I assumed he changed the name servers, so i changed it in wordpress. My friend does not know as much as i thought he did, he was running a 301 redirect, anyway its all messed up now. The URl is suppose to be firstchoiceaccidentcare.com

    I have changed the functions PHP file to add this
    update_option(‘siteurl’,’firstchoiceaccidentcare.com’);
    update_option(‘home’,’firstchoiceaccidentcare.com’);

    But i still can not get anywhere with it, anyhelp would be appreciated. I also changed the Wp-config to include this
    define(‘WP_HOME’,’firstchoiceaccidentcare.com’);
    define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’firstchoiceaccidentcare.com’);

    But that did not do anything neither
