4.1.1 broke gallery upload

It’s something that’s actually affected several non-plug in areas too. The login screen is broken, the add media buttons don’t work, the editor isn’t fully functional, etc. I’m puzzled as to which part of the site this might come from, but it seems like there are scripts that were broken by this update.
