404 Page Errors

Hello,

I’m not sure if this only started happening after the recent WordPress update (4.1.1), but I now get 404 Page Error messages after entering my age and proceeding.

If I go back or refresh the page it seems to load okay but that isn’t really ideal.

I was using the plugin on a few specific portfolio pages, as they contained alcoholic drinks.

Has anyone else experienced this and will there be an update available?
