WP-Admin Blocked

    Hello,

    I am trying to get some theme support for a premium theme from the developers on ThemeForest, and they have requested Administrator access to dig into the back end. They are saying that they are being blocked from accessing the /wp-admin login page. I have had this issue once before on a different site. I live in Australia and my server is based here in Australia and the theme developer is in Europe. I was wondering if anyone knows of a reason why they wouldn’t be able to access the login screen. I can access it from multiple computers on multiple IP addresses.

    I am going to contact my server company to see if they know of a reason why as well, but I thought I would cover all my bases by asking here as well.

    Sounds like something the host would do to protect against DOS attacks.

    I have heard back from my server company and they have set up security against increased attacks from offshore.
