    Hi

    Can you look in the master plugin folder and the reader plugin folder to see if you have any error logs, if so post the content here.

    Also did you try a manual pull from the reader plugin? Did you get any errors? Where any error emails sent to the site admin?

    Also have you tried activating wordpress error reporting in wp-config.php? There may be some errors from another plugin or theme causing problems.

    Hi

    There can be issues with your hosting provider block access to a key wordpress file.

    On the master site can you visit the following path:

    http://REPLACEWITHYOURMASTERWEBSITEDOMAIN/xmlrpc.php

    if you get a 404 error then the file is being blocked and you need to ask your host to fix that
