Charge a customer's card again

    My website sells services whose prices may vary based on time taken or other factors unknowable until the service is underway. Is there any way I can set up Woocommerce, or a plugin for Woocommerce, to charge the customers more after the product has been paid for?

    I am looking for a way to have a product be the “minimum down payment”, and then charge the rest to their card once completed?
