Hi @jeanninmathias, the thread you mentioned is really old, we added a much better do it and it’s actually very simple 🙂 Go to Admin Dashboard -> RatingWidget -> Account and click the Clear Ratings button.
Please let us know if that worked.
Thanks, but I do not find the account. Wether I look in the Admin Dashboard -> RatingWidget or in the Settings > RatingWidget

In you admin dashboard, move your mouse on RatingWidget menu. This, should open a sub menu with multiple options that one of them says Account. Click it, and you’ll find the button.

Well I do not have access to the submenu, as I could see in the screenshot you provide on the plugin wordpress.org. I only have RatingWidget
Again i’m in the free version, has it something to do with the problem to reset?
