@vickea – The cursor “changes” have more to do with your theme and the CSS you are using from what I can see.
Also, when you say you inserted a Singlepic, did you use the [singlepic] shortcode?

No the cursor changes have nothing to do with either the theme or the CSS. My cursor changes when hovering over any link – system set (iMac)
Did you try it for yourself?
– click on the balloon and the Fancybox will open
– click on the word BOOKS and the Fancybox will open
– click on the boy and it won’t
I didn’t know there was a shortcode, I used the instructions here
http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/singlepics/
You can check the source via the web developer’s toolbar to ascertain whether the NGG code is what you would expect to see for that picture.
Thanks
@vickea – This is what I am seeing using Inspect Element on a MBP and Safari … screen snippet
The same thing is happening at the bottom of the image … the cursor changes reflect these HTML/CSS container boundaries.
Do you see the same thing if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

Ah! I see what you’re saying now. Thank you. You’ve definitely pointed me in the right direction. UL stacking order – unfortunately I won’t be able to get back to this until much later today.
@vickea – Glad to help … please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Thanks!

Hmmm… well I’ve added ‘overflow:hidden;’ to the ul but it’s having no effect so I’ll take this over the the theme support.
Thanks Cais.
@vickea – Thanks for the update.
