Problem sending mail in localhost?

    In localhost (wamp sever)
    I have installed a newsletter wordpress plugin.
    Even i managed to display in sidebar through widget.
    But problem is when i fill up the data and click on subscribe,success message will be display.
    But when i check in a backend, no result was found. i.e: No subscriber .
    Plz help?
