Error #1. User authentication failed: 11452

    We still received this error message:

    “Error #1. User authentication failed: 11452-Merchant not enabled for reference transactions. Please contact PayPal Merchant Technical Support (www.paypal.com/mts) and request Recurring Billing service, and also ask to have Reference Transactions enabled for Recurring Billing via Express Checkout.”

    We already have recurring billing live and allow reference transactions on payflow but error still exists.

    We used s2Member Version 141007 + s2Member Pro v141007. We should not update this plugin for we don’t have access information used by the previous developer on buying the s2Member Pro.

    Please advise. Thanks.
