SPAM link appearing in header menu.

My site (http://alexboake.com/blog/) is suddenly showing a spam link in the menu under the header. I can only see it when using IE. I normally use Chrome, and I can’t see it there, but someone else pointed it out to me. Will updating WordPress fix this, or do I have to do something more complicated/or is there a better fix? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
