How To Do: Alternative navigation?

    Need a different navigation at my WP: http://www.zooloo.se

    I have a question if you have the time to help me. I made this image so i can explain myself: http://www.zooloo.se/bilder2007/wp_nav_problem.gif

    What i want is to have my Pages displaying Posts like the Home do. Like it does in the Blogroll were i can see all post belonging to that Category but i want the info that i can display in a Page.

    When i press a Page tab i want to see a short introduction and then the posts as an ordinary blog. (see my example image i faked in PS)

    How can i do this?
