what’s the plugin which pops this error message?
This isn’t a wp error message. I cannot reproduce it.
And customizr does run that function and before the </head> line, it’s just that it doesn’t do that in the header.php as that plugin seems to want.
So find the plugin who wants that and contact their support page 😀

so.. it’s where it should (before the closing tag </head>), just not where they want.. but that’s just their problem 😉
