Does this happened with any other widget ? Drag drop any other widget (e.g categories widget) into this area and let me know if its crashing or not.

When your widget is out of sidebar, my sidebar is not crashing with all other widgets on bar.
In the case of your widget is on bar, I tried to pull out any other widget (TI Site Authors) from the bar, but it does the same.
I also tried to drag drop any other widget (TI Site Authors) into this area, but it does the same (with your widget on bar in other position).
I am waiting your answer.
