I just signed up by using Facebook account. Please check if the user was created in the database.
If so.. please make sure that “auto-confirmation” has been activated

If that doesn’t help and my user was created you could give it admin privileges and i could take a look at your installation ASAP

please assign admin privileges to the user name “support_d”. I’ll check it out ASAP

Did you sync your users? Do you have anothee plugin managing your users?
I syncronised my users, and I used to have 3 another user management plugins, but I removed them.
