Variations Swatches Issue

I am working with Woocommerce, the latest version. I am using the Variation Swatches Extension, and for some reason, on some products, I don’t get a swatch option for all variations on a product, only some. So if I want to assign swatches per product because an attribute shared between products may be the same name but different image depending on the product.

The issue is that I am not getting all of the variations to add the swatches for that product.
