lost password page getting 404

    I can’t get my lost password page to load. It gets a 404 not found error. I can see my pages with ftp. Can anybody tell me how to locate the password?

    I’m getting the 404 error as well, I’m trying to understand the Emergency Reset method, and I really don’t understand much of that lost password codex page. How do I upload the file to the wp-content or mu-plugins directory? I cant find anything with that name in any files.

    I figure out the password or I so say remembered it. Now I wonder how I fix the password recovery problem?
