Error generating SOAP request

I am having issues getting the plugin to post the contact form to a .net soap web service method that I have set up on a different server. I have mapped out all of the fields, and made the same name as parameter fields in method, and I have also installed the headers xpost plugin. I know it just something small that I might be missing, but just not sure how to get around it. Could I provide you more information so that you might be able to tell whats wrong? The warning that I am seeeing through firebug when I submit the form is Failed cf7 integration: physical request failure
