Export don't handle Danish caracters

I bought the pro version, but when I export the danish caracters æøå ÆØÅ are not handlet correct.

I downloadet the File Upload addon from my download page, but I get this error:
File upload addon works only with Custom registration form builder with submission manager.
How do I get the Submission manager?
