Hi,
For some reason, Wordfence isn’t pulling the name of the plugin. Are you running multisite? If you look at the plug-ins installed on your site do any of them have the version numbers in your screenshot? Do you have plugins that show they have updates available? Try updating plugins outside of Wordfence and then run another scan would be the first thing to try.
Thanks,
Brian
Thanks @wfbrian,
I’m on a single site install. None of the plugins match the versions mentioned here. I have Visual Composer indicating it needs updating but as it’s part of the theme I don’t have the ability to update it. I’ve updated everything but VC and am getting this. So maybe it’s tied to Visual Composer update which I can’t update.
Hope that helps,
Thanks
That could very well be it since you aren’t getting the error on your other sites. You could click ignore issue if you feel that is the cause of the warning to make the alert go away.

Thanks @wfbrian, greatly appreciated.

Hi @fposadac,
You’ll want to open a new ticket to get attention as this one is resolved.
Cheers
@garrett Hyder: Thanks for the response!
@fposadac: We’ve found that this happens when theme authors embed a plugin within the theme’s own files. You can check if your theme has released a new version, or ask their author which plugins are embedded, and if they can update them and release a new version of the theme that includes those updates. (If you still have trouble, please make a new post using the form at the bottom of the Wordfence forum here, as Garrett mentioned.) Thanks!
