    Hi JonRadio,
    here I am again. Some time ago, I had the same problem with your wonderful plugin after an update. Fortunately, you were quite quickly able to find a fix then. Now, after the recent update (I looked at the details, but didn’t see anything that should cause this), this occurs again: the users of our multisite can only access their own site, not those of the other users. And in our case, we’re a small group of researchers, mostly students, only people from outside the group should be locked out, while group members should be able to look at everyone else’s site of within the group.

    Have you got an idea what happened / what to do about this???

  • I am so sorry about this! I will look into this and respond as quickly as possible.

    I just tried this on my Test System, and I was able to login to see a Site with a User Name that has no Role on that Site. Using the current version 2.14 of the plugin.

    It was a long time ago, and I could easily see this being an issue.

    Thank you so much, Jon! That was it again! I had gone through the settings pages of the plugin for half of the users and seen that “Check User Role on Site?” was not checked before I contacted you, but had not looked through all of them, and it was the last five new users where that box was checked, which should have been UNCHECKED. I’ve made a note of it on my list of things to pay attention to when setting up new user sites, so it won’t happen again!
