Hi,
We believe that security through obscurity is ineffective. If someone wants in bad enough they’ll find whatever has been hidden. WordPress also mentions avoiding using obscurity as a security method.

I hope that clarifies things,

Sometimes it’s not a matter of security at all. Most of my customers just feel a lot more confident using /dashboard or /panel ( in my case: /painel ) instead of /wp-admin
It would be very nice to have it implemented in Wordfence.
Thanks for the input, we’ve added it to our feature requests.
I can’t promise that every suggestion we get will make it into a release, or when that might be, but every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously. We value the input we get from our customers. A member of our dev team may or may not reach out to you here to ask for more detail. Thank you for helping to make Wordfence great.
