Hi Tobias. Thanks so much for your help with my other problem. I am actually trying now to hide the dataset until a filter is chosen on this page. I am using your instructions from here and as you suspected it didn’t exactly work the way I was hoping, since I am also using the Column Filter Widget with it. Do you know if there is a way around this so that the filters aren’t greyed out when you enter into the page?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I see what you are trying to do, but the Inverted Filter Extension won’t really help here. It’s simply only targetted at the regular search/filtering, but can not take into account e.g. the ColumnFilterWidgets.
Now, somewhere deep in my head, I remembed (at least I think I do…) that I have seen a possibility for this that a user posted here in the forums somewhere. I tried finding it, but unfortunately wasn’t successful 🙁
I think that it basically contained some modifications for the ColumnFilterWidgets JS code (that I’m not too familiar with, as I didn’t develop it, but only integrated it into a TablePress Extension).

    Regards,
    Tobias
