My blog (www.imhappyfish.com/blog) got the date problem as well. I went into my theme editor, main index template, modified the font size for the date froma h2 to h4, it work well initailly, then I went back again to modified the spacing between the date and post title, after that the appearance started to get wrong even though I already taken off the spacing thing.
Can anyone tell me how to take off the image for the date as I did not see any image url in my theme template.
Thank you,
Joanne
Yeah go to pbmansion.com/blog and everything is 2 days off. Please help us out.
At my place is 2 minutes to midnight (=Jun 25) and your blog already shows Jun 26.
So, where are you? Where is your server? What is the setting in your Options > General: UTC offset?
UTC time is: 2007-06-26 8:42:55 pm
right now thats what it says in options. Where i am at it is 4:43 pm June 25th
And what do you have in the next fields?
Times in the weblog should differ by: hours
Default date format:
Default time format
You should have -4 for difference.
Times in the weblog should differ by: -5 hours (Your timezone offset, for example -6 for Central Time.)
Default date format: F j, Y Output: June 26, 2007
Default time format:
Output: 4:10 pm
What is shown as the date/time format output example – that should be your real time. Is that correct?
Play with it until it displays the correct time.
Hi all,
My date problem settled. I went into the main index template, take out the format, leaving only the_date, then thing looks ok now.
Thanks a lot.
Joanne

I am still trying to figure out this problem. Can anybody help me out?
Figure out what? You never answered my questions above…
That’s a nice image… however it doesn’t tell me: is the date and time shown in the OUTPUT EXAMPLE correct for your time zone? If yes, that’s the one it should be displayed on your posts – unless something is screwed up in the template files.
