It seems to be a very interesting widget but where people can leave and field in a form their testimonial ? there is no form ?

The premium version has a form, ratings, read more, and many other features.

Sandra, I use the Ninja Forms plugin to create a submission. It does not automatically populate into the Testimonials plug-in, but it is a stopgap for anyone using the free version.
