Complete Backup not working (anymore?) – New CGI Scripts?

Hi,
I’m not sure but I think after the new update the complete backup and restore is not working anymore on some of my shared-host-sites.
Did you add any new .CGI scripts that may be blocked if perl and cgi scripts are disabled by the host?
