    @shellerae Is the url attribute in the shortcode (url=”…”) pointing to the correct pin url? Could you double check?

    Yes it is but in the .css is Kent’s info.

    Strange. Can you post the shortcode you’re using on that page?

    Also, double-check you pasted it in the “Text” tab of the post editor so you don’t insert extra characters.

    @shellerae The shortcode syntax you used is not quite correct. Try this:

    [pin_widget url="https://www.pinterest.com/pin/368028600775143529/"]

    Reference the in-plugin help for additional details.
