Site Hacked formatting gone

I administer two identical sites on the same server, one is in German the other in English. Both were injected with malicious code and the English version (earpiercing.biz) has lost all formatting. I was able to delete most if not all of this code on the German site (ohrlochstechen.info) before it, too, went down. It’s running fine.

The English site is the problem. I’ve hit a brick wall and have run out of ideas to restore it back to normal. I’ve had the host restore the site and database, but they only had backups three days back and they no longer had a copy that wasn’t already beyond repair. My backup copies didn’t work either.

Really would love if someone could take a look at these sites and point me in the right direction. Thanks.
