I want to display dynamic content from mysql database into pop up. Can anyone help me out. I tried installing php plugins but it only displays the php source code. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Use shortcode do include php code. you can use other plugin to create shotcode for your php code: search for PHP Code for posts plugin
