This should be possible to remove with some custom CSS. Please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if add it in your site using the following plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css
.comment-list .edit-link {
display: none;
}
This should remove edit link from comments section.

I’m not being able to see that on my sandbox site with the theme that you’re using, it’s possible that we’re using different versions of the theme.
Would you mind posting link to your site wehre I can see this and I’ll be happy to help you with removing those meta fields.
