Restore backup to original theme

    I use Lifestyle Pro theme but wiped the whole site accidentally creating a second site. Stupid, I know but I hadn’t logged in to the new identity.

    I have recovered the original content and it is sitting in a twothousandfourteen theme.

    How can I re-load all the original content into my Lifestyle Pro theme to get all my original formatting etc back?
