Set Email subject dynamically

Hi all,

After going searching through support section, i did not find my answer. so i am posting it again.

I would like to set the email Subject based on the Post title.

For example, i have a simple contact form (using CF7), and placed the form on single post page.
So when any user fill the form, i would like to set the subject to that Post title.

Any help is really appreciate.
