Custom file upload folder

Hello,

Love the plugin, use it for many websites!

We currently need a form where clients can upload print projects and would prefer that files are uploaded directly to a folder on the server and not have any uploaded files emailed.

I found this documentation: http://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=794 but could not get what they were suggesting to work properly.

Any ideas? Ideally I want to setup the site so my client can login to that specific upload folder via FTP and pull out the uploaded files that need to be printed. Thank you for your time!
