I am very sorry for the issues you’ve been having lately with the plugin.
Could you make sure that there is enough disk space on your computer and that the plugin can read and write in your wp-content folder?

There is enough disk space on my computer. And how can I see if the plugin can read and write to the wp-content folder?
I have seen that there is an update of the plugin, but when I enter the server data which I have in the ftp I get this error:

You will need to change your wp-content/plugins and wp-content/uploads folder.
Try changing permissions on both to 777.
Then, retry the update.
Where I change those permissions?
