  • There are two issues here that I see immediately, True29.

    1. Insert PHP doesn’t participate in short codes. It runs the code between the [insert_php] and [/insert_php] tags as if it was PHP code.

    2. The code between the [insert_php] and [/insert_php] tags must be valid PHP code. Yours has unbalanced quotation marks.

    Put this code into a stand-along PHP page and upload it to your domain. Call it test.php

    <?php
    Echo "<a href=echo do_shortcode("[Gravity reset_login]");>reset login</a>";
    ?>

    When you type the URL of test.php into your browser, what happens then is indicative of what happens on the WordPress post or page with the code you quoted.
