publish date And author attribute Moved

    Hello All I need a little Help If I might ask.
    I am running WP 4.1.1 and Twenty twelve theme.
    I was running the Twenty Ten Theme. I am a tinker and corrupted the install of Twenty Ten on my page http://thecreekroadpodcast.com and had to update to Twenty Twelve. anyway the twenty ten theme had the publish date and author attribute under the post title but. the Twenty Twelve theme has moved them to the Footer of the post next to the Categories and tags. can I move it back to under the post name thank you for your help

    hey there

    since we’ll be making theme changes it is highly recommended if you do not already have one to create a child theme, which there are even plugins to help with

    i just made a new version of content.php for you to try out

    the new lines are lines 31 to 35

    place that in your child theme’s folder and see if it’s what you wanted

    i still left the full meta at the bottom of the post for now

    thank you I will try this I am a little scared to be honest after breaking my last theme. I am going to look into the child theme right now before I change anything let you know soon thank you
