Additional Functionality Needed for Shopping Lists and Recipes

I am posting this for a friend who needs additional functionality to her shopping lists and recipes.

I have a food blog with recipes and Shopping Lists (Costco/Trader Joe’s, next up Amazon). I need a plugin that will improve my Shopping Lists and make them integrate more easily, improve the user experience, and make it easier for me to add items.

This is what I need the plugin to do:

Shopping Lists:
• Easily add good quality photos and info – preferable from iPhone
• Users able to check off specific items for printing (without pics would be better)
• Users able to save specific items?
• Ability to sort by category (meat/dairy/snacks) or department (freezer) or specifics (gluten free/WW Power Food)
• Easy to load and navigate on mobile devices
• Easy for users (and admin) to Pin and share items from lists on Pinterest/FB/Instagram, etc.
• New items easily identifiable

Columns for the following:
• Photo of Product
• Name of Product
• Category of Product and Department – so people can sort by specific category and/or department
• Description of Product
• Weight Watchers Info (drop down menu or able to select from the following – WW Power Food, WW PointsPlus, 1 WW PP per serving, 2 WW PP per serving etc.- possible dropdown menu for serving size
• Notes – dropdown menu or able to check off the following when inputting data: entertaining, kid friendly, gluten free, organic, travel, etc.
• Recipe column – automatically links to my recipes containing each item

Recipes:
My recipes should automatically link to shopping lists
