I have set to on but still the users profile e-mail doesn’t show in HTML.
It says I have to customize in email template where can I find that ?

The email templates are in templates/email in plugin folder. You have to enable the HTML button first tho, in Emails setting. Please write on our support forum if you continue to have a problem with this feature, as we have documented it on our site and we’re willing to offer you screenshots if needed over the forum.

Customize the HTML templates
The plugin includes default and basic HTML e-mail templates in the following directory: /wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/email/ you will notice that each e-mail notification has an HTML template in that folder. To customize these templates, you have to override and create your own HTML templates and place them in a directory like this:
/theme-folder/ultimate-member/templates/email/
