Run a specific script on first click

Hello i want to ask you something.
So i have a website and i have some ads from a company.
i put that script at the begging of the posts and every time someone goes on a article he can see the banner and on click he goes to that website and i get some points.
But i want you to tell me a plugin or tell me how can i do it..
when users come on my website (via google or url) first time when he click’s, to run this script …
