Sorry to bump, but its a really big problem. Can anyone help?
What do you mean it goes straight to the front page. Does the html code actually show on the front page or does the post show even if it’s a draft.
Need some more info.
It either gets rid of the entire blog post itself, or if previously saved none of the HTML shows up.
By front page, I mean the page it shows when your not in the admin area. When you just go onto a blog for the first time.
When I type, it just reverts it, like I dont have access to write that kind of post.
It sounds like your using the visual editor to post html. When posting html you need to click to code tab on your post editor then insert the html, then save it.
I tried that, it still doesnt work. It just rejects it and sends me back to the ‘front’ page un-editied, it also happens when i try to put in pictures and try to edit the ‘About’ page.
It will also not allow me to delete the comment you get at the start of first installing your blog, which is really annoying me.
Sounds like some other issues going on here, possible database errors. You might want to contact your host or check your server logs and investigate a little bit.
