Cannot open blog page

I have uploaded all the files to my server and editied the config file for database info as provided by myhosting:

and when I attempt to open the wp.admin/install.php page for this site I receive a page cannot be found. I also receive these error messagte:

PLEASE HELP AS MY HOSTYING VENDOR DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THEY HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO USE THIS FOR A BLOG PAGE.
